NCIF is proud that our project is highlighted in this month's issue of the Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits.
NCIF provided allocations for the New Markets Tax Credit project, financed in part with a bridge loan from our local Network partner Native American Bank. As the article states, "Without the tax credit, Mile High United Way could not afford to build the buildings as proposed. They would have needed to reduce the size of the facility [and] the local services they provide" including a human services call center, nonprofit incubation, and a workforce training program.
