NCIF contributes $7M in New Markets Tax Credits allocation to Uhlich Children's Advantage Network (UCAN) to fund a new campus.The new facilities will house at-risk wards of state and will provide outreach services throughout Chicago. This project is realized in conjunction with US Bank and with Urban Partnership Bank, a CDFI Bank participating as a bridge lender and gaining experience in the NMTC program. Read more.
