In the past five years the Bank provided $241 million in loans for small companies and nonprofit organizations for affordable housing development, charter schools, small businesses, and working capital for nonprofit organizations. The Bank also raised and deployed $270 million in New Markets Tax Credit financing for projects in low-income communities.
