BankImpact Dashboard: Introduction to the Reporting Process

This year marks the fifteenth year of Social Performance Measurement at National Community Investment Fund (NCIF). NCIF began this process to help mission-oriented financial institutions better “tell their story” to investors, regulators, and other stakeholders as well as to learn from the metrics to guide their internal work. We continue this work as part of our mission to strengthen the mission-oriented financial institution industry by demonstrating the impacts generated by these institutions and increasing the flow of capital to the industry. This packet can be used by banks to begin the reporting process. It includes information on how to complete the survey and loan level reporting steps of the process, new products and benefits for reporting, and more.
