The CDFI Banking Sector: 2009 Annual Financial and Social Performance

NCIF is pleased to present to our Annual Report on the CDFI Banking sector. This report provides historical financial analysis and summary statistics on CDFI Banks, with peer group information. It also analyzes the social impact of these banks using NCIF's Social Performance Metrics. This year's analysis also includes a description of NCIF's "Community Development Banking Institution" designation. During these difficult economic times, it is more important than ever to highlight and communicate the lending and financial services work that CDFI banks offer in low- and moderate- income communities around the country.
