The Impact of Community Development Banks: 2008 and Beyond

This report aims to measure and communicate the impact that Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) Banks and Community Development Banking Institutions (CDBIs) have in the low- and moderate-income communities they serve. It is our hope that this continued effort will result in increased visibility and support for CDFI Banks on the part of investors and other stakeholders. The report highlights the entire CDFI Banking sector, with a particular focus on the impact of NCIF portfolio institutions.
