In partnership with Clearinghouse CDFI, NCIF utilized its Small Business Transaction Initiative (SBTI) to finance a loan of under $2 million. SBTI is designed to utilize standardized documentation and modeling to reduce legal and accounting costs that often make it difficult for smaller projects to receive financing.
Clearinghouse CDFI is a loan fund headquartered in southern California that provided $1.575 million of direct debt financing to support the project.
