NCIF provided $3 million in New Markets Tax Credit allocation to finance the construction of a mixed-use community facility that will be operated by Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC). OIC is a North Carolina nonprofit corporation based in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, and a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides human support services, including primary medical care services, health education outreach, and employment training.
