The Project will construct the development of the Black Business Hub on the south side of Madison, Wisconsin. The project is a transformative 76,103 SF mixed-use building that will create dedicated space at below-market rents for minority-owned businesses. The Hub includes co-working space, retail, a restaurant, a shared commercial kitchen, professional services, and nonprofit and other mission-aligned organizations. Once completed, the project is expected to create direct 100 FTE and 150 indirect FTE jobs post-construction, and during construction, the project will generate more than 200 full-time construction jobs.
